Monthly rates

- The monthly rates depends on the apartment and on the duration of the stay
- All the bills are included in the price, there are not any other extra costs
- What is included: electricity, water, heating, community bills and internet wifi connection

- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Security deposit: the amount depends also on the duration of the stay (one or two months rental. This amount is refundable after departure
