About the Common areas

We want you to enjoy your stay in Salamanca, whether for work or study. You have decided to live in a shared flat. And while it's true that you will not have to share the bathroom, yes will share the living area and kitchen.

And, as we want the coexistence enjoyable for everyone, if we ask you to be respectful with your roommates. What do we mean by this? That everyone will have to clean the kitchen after use. Same with the living area. We are delighted that you use the common areas, but are strict in maintaining proper cleaning of these areas.

This means that you should wash EVERYTHING you use: dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc and must CLEAN EVERYTHING YOU have USED TO COOK if it is dirtied. You should also COLLECT your stuff in your closet (oil, bread, etc)

He thinks that if everyone leaves their stuff in the kitchen, there is not room for everyone. The kitchen is large and there are enough lockers for everyone, but MUST ALWAYS BE TIDY TO BE ABLE TO BE USED BY THE REST OF FLATMATES.

Weekly will go a cleaning lady to clean the public areas: hall, living area and kitchen. But it is not job of nobody wash dirty dishes of others, neither clean the kitchen, and neither tidy up the kitchen. Each one must be responsible of their own things.
