Sí: TODOS LOS GASTOS ESTAN INCLUIDOS EN EL PRECIO: Electricidad, agua, calefacción central y Conexión a Internet wifi por fibra optica.Y serás tu quien estrene el apartamento, que estamos acabando de decorar.
***Por eso verás que en las fotos falta algún detalle! Hemos preferido anunciarlo antes de terminar de decorarlo completamente, pero estará impecable a partir del 1 de Septiembre. Entonces subiremos nuevas fotos...si no lo hemos alquilado mientras tanto!

Your apartment is for you, just for you. You also have at your disposal a washing machine which you will share with other people staying in the same building and floor. You also have free wifi internet connection. 

Bed linen and towels are not provided. 

The area

Santa Marta de Tormes is the younger population that has grown throughout the province of Salamanca. Being so close to the city, just 10 minutes from the center of Salamanca, has become a residential area where younger families have taken up residence. Therefore, it is full of young people. 

The area has all amenities: supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, etc.. Moreover, in Santa Marta, you will find the "The Tormes," which has all the shops of Mall brands: Zara, Mango, etc, Dick Van Cinemas, restaurants and leisure areas. Also nearby is Leroy Merlin, the Leclerc supermarket, Mercadona, Mediamark, etc.. 

Anyway, you all just minutes away.

Getting around

Located in the center of Santa Marta de Tormes, 10 minutes from the center of Salamanca, with buses every 10 minutes to downtown and the University Campus. 
Santa Marta de Tormes, which is 3 km away from Salamanca, is the population that has grown due to its proximity to the capital. It is located on the banks of Rio Tormes and is an area full of life, with all services, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, etc.. The El Tormes Shopping Centre (which has all the branded stores: Zara, Mango, etc, Restaurants, Cinema), and department stores such as Leroy Merlin and Media Markt are also found in Santa Marta de Tormes. 
In the area you will find all kinds of restaurants, bars, and shops.

There are buses every 10 minutes to the center of Salamanca and the University Campus.

There is also a nice bike path along the Rio Tormes, which will take you to downtown or to the same University Campus.
