What is included in the rent?

• Single or Double room (for single use) with private bathroom.
• Are included all expenses, electricity, water, gas, heating, internet and cleaning products. 
• Use of the washing machine for Free
• Use of the common areas, kitchen and living room with TV. 
• High-speed wireless Internet throughout the house. 
• Housekeeping in common areas one time a week.

Rental Terms

•  One or two months Security Deposit in advance, depends on the duration of the stay.
• Be national or foreign student.
• Stay full semester, half year or full year.( High season )*
• Minimum stay of 30 days. (Only low season)*
• Smoking in the house is not allowed. 
• That pets are not allowed. 
• Respect the rules of coexistence.

*High season: From September to June.

*Low season: From July to August
