The price also depends on the length of your stay. If you stay longer you will pay less monthly rent. We have some big discounts for stays over 6 months.
Everything is included in the price: electricity, heating, water, gas and wifi Internet. There are not extra costs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment and has enough room for everyone to have their own space to put their things. In addition to washing machine, there are 3 refrigerators, so no space problems.
